Cassa although still in her ‘20s, has embarked on a serious career of social entrepreneurship. Of Trinidadian and British parents, she trained at the Royal Academy of Dance. There she wrote a dissertation on the black female body in classical ballet (“All Things Black and Beautiful”.) Extending her skills, she choreographed for “World Dance Week” for the Royal Academy of Dance, the Kent Youth Ballet and Design for Dance in 2000. - [Read more]
